Abstract

It is the second unique full color book on the most powerful CAD/CAE-system Marc of MSC Software Corporation (USA). Is developed the methodology of 3D-modeling the technological processes of processing the blanks and obtaining the details after a forming on example of widespread operation in the industry: the deep drawing of axisymmetric and box-shaped details taking into account the hardening, anisotropy and springback of blank at processing. The modeling is based on designing of calculated model only on the basis of own powerful graphic possibilities of system Marc. For the purpose of understanding the mechanism of deep drawing a blank, for the correct development of the project in CAD/CAE-system and the correct analysis of results of modeling the deep drawing in this system, in the beginning of the main chapters is resulted the engineering theory of deep drawing by V. A. Zharkov with analytical dependences and Zharkov's regularities in 160 formulas and 134 figures. And only then is given the exact numerical modeling in CAD/CAE-system. In the final chapter are resulted the Zharkov's theory of sheet forming. In the sections and chapters are given: Section 1. Drawing the axisymmetric and box-shaped details for 1 operation without holder of blank taking into account the hardening and anisotropy of blank. Chapter 1. Zharkov's theory of drawing the axisymmetric details without a holder of blank. Chapter 2. Designing in CAE of drawing the axisymmetric details without holder of blank. Chapter 3. Designing in CAE of drawing the axisymmetric details taking into account the hardening, anisotropy and springback of blank by processing. Chapter 4. Zharkov's theory of drawing the box-shaped details. Chapter 5. Designing in CAE of drawing the box-shaped detail. Section 2. Drawing the axisymmetric details with holder of blank for 1 operation. Chapter 6. Algorithms for calculation of area, volume and mass of nomenclature of details and blanks for drawing these details. Chapter 7. Zharkov's theory of drawing the axisymmetric details with a holder of blank. Chapter 8. Designing in CAE of drawing the high axisymmetric detail with a holder of blank for 1 operation from blank by thickness 1,2 mm. Section 3. Designing in CAE of drawing the high axisymmetric and box-shaped details with holder of blank for 1 operation. Chapter 9. Designing in CAE of drawing the high axisymmetric detail with a holder of blank from blank by thickness 0,7 mm. Chapter 10. Designing in CAE of drawing the rectangular box from rectangular blank without a cutoff of the corners. Chapter 11. Designing in CAE of drawing the rectangular box from rectangular blank with a cutoff of the corners. Chapter 12. Designing in CAE of Drawing the square box from round blank. Section 4. Designing in CAE of deep drawing the high box-shaped and axisymmetric details for 2 operations. Chapter 13. The Zharkov's theory of multioperational subsequent operations of deep drawing the details. Chapter 14. Designing in CAE of deep drawing the high box-shaped detail for 2 operations. Chapter 15. Designing in CAE of deep drawing the high axisymmetric detail for 2 operations. Section 5. Zharkov's theory of sheet forming. Chapter 16. Zharkov's theory of sheet forming. Conclusion, References, Schematic symbols. Following the circumstantial step-by-step instructions in the book, any user, even without special preparation, can quickly create the own project in CAD/CAE-system, and further the user can model, study, research and put into practice the processing of blank, to reduce the design time of processing and the cost price of manufacture of drawn details in automobile, aircraft, electrotechnical, crockery, packing and other industries. The book is intended for engineers and scientists, working in various industries, and also for students and teachers of technical institutes and universities. Dr. Zharkov will answer on questions on subjects of this book to the email in book.
